Outdoor Activities I (6/26-7/7) 2:45pm-3:45pm

With an emphasis on exercise, sports, and teamwork, the outdoor sessions are designed to be a boost and a place to stretch out after a day in a classroom. Students will have the chance to participate in tournaments to encourage healthy competition and teamwork. They will also learn about healthy habits such as how to balance an academic workload with getting the proper amount of sleep and exercise.

Activities will include:

  • Basketball
  • Soccer
  • Ultimate Frisbee
  • Yoga
  • Drum Circles

The activity is available for 1st session and 2nd session. It is an optional extension of the classes, cannot be taken alone and doesn’t count as a class for calculating the discounts.

Module 1 starts Monday June 26 and ends Friday July 7.
